New York Martini

Our friend Josh, who runs a home bar service called Pick Your Poison, has made this delicious cocktail for you to enjoy.

It’s a delicious twist on a Martini and features Bloody Bens Signature Gin and Bird & Blend Fairytale of NY Tea.

Josh has kept this recipe super simple, so you can easily try this tea infused Gin cocktail at home. It’s beauTEAful.

Ingredients

• 20ml of Bird & Blend Fairytale of New York Tea (make a batch, using one teaspoon per 100ml and leave come to cool down in the fridge.)
• 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
• 50ml Bloody Bens Signature Gin

Method

Make a batch of the tea as per above. Once cooled, add all the ingredients to a glass full of ice and stir until cold.

Then, double strain into a glass of your choice – obvs a Martini glass would look good if you have one. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, take a sip and perhaps imagine you’re at some kind of Gatsby style New York party.
