Bloody Bens Signature Gin is inspired by London living and Mallorcan dreaming.
It has orange notes to represent Mallorca and Honey to represent South West London where Ben lived and worked for years – there isn’t much made in that area but there is lovely honey.
And with honey in mind, how about treating yourself to a Honeycomb Sour?
Dry Shake and then Shake with Ice – if you don’t have a shaker, then you can use a jam jar.
Strain into a Rocks glass and garnish with Honeycomb shards.
To make the Honeycomb Syrup, you need Honeycomb Cinder, the Beeb have a recipe here or you can buy it, and to make the Syrup you simply dissolve 100g in 100ml boiling water.
