We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we have a new home for Bloody Bens! We’re now distilling in SW12 on the rather lovely Nightingale Lane.
It’s technically Balham but if you’re familiar with the area then you’ll know it’s only a 10 minute drive away from Earlsfield where we started distilling our Gin (indeed, we were Earlsfield’s first ever Gin!).
And, if you’re familiar with the area then you’ll know it’s also a few minutes from Clapham South & Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common. You’re also not far from Tooting and the overarching area is Wandsworth.
As we’re now the local Gin for so much of South West London, we will be rolling out new labels to clearly reflect that but of course a part of our heart will forever be in Earlsfield.
We’ll be distilling our Signature Gin (a London Dry with Honey & Orange notes. Inspired by London living and Mallorcan dreaming) and our premium Pink Gin (inspired by Wimbledon Tennis, tasting of Strawberries & Cream, it’s a celebration of British Summer whatever the time of year). And, once we’re settled in, we hope to add a new flavour or two – if you have any requests, please email ben@bloodybens.com
You’ll find us and our little Copper Still downstairs from The Wine Twit which is run by Jez. He was stocking our Gin before, so it’s great to partner up with a stockist. He’s really looking forward to welcoming you and, once restrictions ease, he’ll be running tastings and serving our Gin to warm you up for his infamous Wine Supper Clubs.
So, some good news to announce amongst so much darkness. The light is emerging and, in the meantime, drink and be merry!
